iServe, a top 10 Amazon seller specialising in helping brands to achieve e-commerce growth and marketplace control, has acquired UK-headquartered e-commerce consultancy Practicology. This acquisition is part of iServe’s broader strategy to support brands with their international e-commerce growth and expansion.
“Breaking into international markets is among the most difficult things for brands to do,” said iServe CEO David Wright. “Adding Practicology’s industry-leading experts and expertise to our portfolio will further our goal to help ecommerce companies grow and protect their brands online.”
Together, Practicology and iServe will offer support to consumer brands and retailers who want to expand their e-commerce business globally. Practicology’s strategic guidance and outsourced e-commerce team model is matched by iServe’s considerable expertise in selling and distributing on marketplaces such as Amazon, eBay, Jet and others.

Practicology said it has helped many brands (such as Pandora, Nike and Skechers) to enter and optimise their e-commerce offerings in markets including the UK, Europe, Hong Kong, China and Australia. The consultancy currently has offices in London, Sydney, Melbourne. Hong Kong, Guangzhou, Shanghai and Dubai.
iServe was recently named a fastest growing company by Inc. 500 — an annual list of the 500 fastest-growing private companies in the US published by Inc magazine — and has grown to become a US$200 million business It acts as the official reseller partner for dozens of brands including Skullcandy, Panasonic, Sylvania and others.
