Cash in PayMaya fee
There is a 2% convenience fee to cash in PayMaya account via over-the-counter channels, such as 7-Eleven, Palawan Express, and Cebuana Lhuillier.
However, you can cash in for free if you use the following channels:

Note: You will only be charged the convenience fee once you have exceeded the Php 8,000 monthly cash-in threshold. If you have not reached the threshold, the convenience fee will be refunded to your Maya account.
